Please include:
- A detailed, but not too long description of what you would like created
- The size you would like
- Whether or not there is a deadline

I will get back to you as soon as I can, but may not be able to work on your project right away Projects with deadlines come first.

Subject Matter: Please keep in mind the style I usually work in, but free to send me ideas that are not within the "fairy" genre, but may refuse a request if I don't think I can do the subject well. I can do character designs, paintings, original story or fanfic illustrations, role playing and game characters etc. Or if you just have a general idea for picture, I can come up with something.

List of possible subjects:
" General fantasy themes : castles, maidens, magic, dragons, fairies, elves, unicorns, foggy moors and celtic stones
" Fairy tales, and forest scenes with goblins, elves and fairies
" Victorian, Art Nouveau, Gothic, Steampunk or other elaborate settings and clothing
" Japanese folk tales, Geisha and kistune
" Mermaids, sirens, pirates, tall ships, and historical themes

Portraits: First, photo - realistic portraits are not my strong point. I would be happy to create a fantasy character based on you instead. Smaller sizes will work for a head and shoulders view but not full body, as it is too difficult to capture a likeness at very small sizes. Any photo reference provided must be clear and at least 1 inch in size for the head, though larger is better.

Sizes and Price Ranges:  Keep in mind there is only so much I can fit in an ACEO or small size. Anything in between the standard sizes or in different proportions is also possible.

Media: I will usually work in watercolor or ink, but digital is also possible.

Pricing: Prices will depend on medium, size, complexity, and number of hours the project will take. Pricing will be higher for detailed backgrounds or more than one character.

Payment: Payment is accepted securely by credit card or echeck through paypal.com or by money order. I cannot accept personal checks at the moment. Payment is required up front but you will be able to approve the work at several stages.

How it Works:

Any references you can provide will be helpful. I will be able to show you the first 3 steps through email for your approval before finishing the painting:

1. First I will draw one or more very rough sketches (what I call doodles) to show you and idea of what I will do.
2.  Next I will draw one of those at the final size.
3. That drawing will be transferred to watercolor paper and refined.
4. I may ink darker outlines over the drawing. It is  almost impossible to change the drawing after this point.
5. Next I will paint the picture.

Shipping: Shipping of most artwork is $5+ depending on amount of insurance desired and will be shipped priority mail.
